Is this retreat suitable for me even if I’ve never done a retreat before?
Absolutely. Clarity Break is designed to be beginner-friendly. No previous experience with mindfulness, coaching, or personal development is required – just a willingness to reflect and slow down.
Is this therapy?
No. While our approach is rooted in psychological insight and structure, this is not a therapeutic program. We use evidence-based coaching and reflection tools to support personal clarity – in a calm, non-clinical setting.
What language is the retreat held in?
All sessions, materials, and communication will be in English. A conversational level is enough – no need to be fluent.
Will I have privacy during the retreat?
Yes. Every participant will have their own private room, and we build space for individual reflection into the daily schedule.
What’s included in the price?
The retreat package includes accommodation, full-board meals, daily sessions (group and individual), and all materials. Flights to Vietnam are not included.
I have dietary restrictions – is that a problem?
Not at all. Our catering partners offer flexible, fresh, and healthy Vietnamese meals, and we will check in with all guests before the retreat to accommodate dietary needs.
Can I extend my stay in Da Lat before or after the retreat?
Yes! We’re happy to help with local tips, transfers, and possible add-ons for a few extra days
Is this a one-time event?
No – the first retreat is planned for late 2025, but we intend to host multiple retreats per year going forward.
